Ways to Cope

Post Election Depression is no laughing matter.  In fact, the entire concept is just killing us inside here.  Here are some ways to cope with post election depression

  • Interpersonal therapy(IPT)
  • Psychodynamic therapy
  • Group therapy

No matter how you are feeling, just know that you aren’t as alone as you might think and that someone out there is probably worse off than you.
